We’re not just about numbers at Rotherham Taylor, we’re committed to making a positive difference to the environment and the local community.

During 2024, we’re narrowing our ESG efforts to four key areas:

Our Charity of the Year

We will be raising awareness and money for Parkinson’s UK throughout 2024!

Across the UK, around 153,000 people are living with Parkinson’s disease, which is a progressive neurological condition.

Parkinson’s UK conducts vital research to find a cure for Parkinson’s and offers support for those affected.

We’re proud to be supporting this fantastic cause - stay tuned for our fundraising efforts.

Time to make a difference

We believe your job shouldn’t stand in the way of you making a difference.

So, we’re offering each member of our staff to take a day off this year to volunteer for a charity of their choice.

Trees for our fees

As a firm, we’re challenging ourselves to beat the Net Zero target by 20 years and achieve it by 2030.

To get us to where we need to be, we will be planting a tree for each client we onboard in 2024!

Putting well-being centre stage

Mental health should always be a priority, especially in the workplace.

We’re committing to training team members as Mental Health First Aiders, so everyone can get the support they deserve.
