Project:
A group of construction companies became a new client after moving away from a London based accountancy firm.
Their internal bookkeeper left shortly after our appointment, and we were approached by the client to step in and pick up the bookkeeping function including the payroll and CIS processing.
Outcome:
Our efficient work has now resulted in the group staying with our outsource solution as it has proved more cost effective and has removed the need to recruit and train a new bookkeeper. Our ability to step in at short notice was critical to keep the business operating in the short term, it has also provided an opportunity for them to focus on their business management rather than the accounting function.
