This month, we are looking at SubSync, an app built to keep Stripe and Xero perfectly in sync without any manual input.
SubSync removes one of the more tedious parts of running a business that takes payments through Stripe, the manual creation of invoices and journals to match what has already happened in Stripe.
What does SubSync do?
SubSync provides real time, two way synchronisation between Stripe and Xero, so invoices created in Stripe appear automatically in Xero and stay updated as things change. Features include:
- Automatic replication of Stripe invoices into Xero, removing the need for manual entry or journals
- Configurable mapping by product, account, metadata or tracking category for more detailed reporting
- Support for multi-currency transactions and multiple Stripe to Xero mappings, useful for growing or complex organisations
- Automated handling of Stripe fees, taxes, discounts and credit notes
- Automated payment matching and voiding of invoices in Xero as things change in Stripe
How does it connect with Xero?
SubSync works directly within Xero, syncing invoice and contact data between the two systems as changes happen on either side. It is built to handle the more complex scenarios that many growing businesses face, including multiple entities and enterprise level invoice volumes.
For businesses using Stripe to take payments, the combination of SubSync and Xero can remove a significant amount of manual reconciliation work.
