This leading local residential and commercial estate agency has been operating in Preston now for a little over 11 years, initially as part of a franchise group and then since March 2020 independently as Taylors Estates.
Primarily working on residential property management, they support a large portfolio of properties for landlords across Lancashire, alongside residential sales.
They work closely with landlords and investors to maximise the return on their investments and look to provide them with all the information necessary to do so by running regular events to update on market changes and legislation changes, including several events focusing on the Renters Rights Act, which has recently come in to force.
In the last six months, they have also taken on a small Block Management portfolio comprising sites across Preston – something that they are now looking to grow and develop further – alongside their new in-house mortgage advice service.
In 2020, they also started offering their services to the commercial property market, applying the same principles and standards that had made the agency successful in residential property.
They now have a small portfolio of properties that they manage for commercial landlords and those with mixed portfolios.
